UK: The Grade II Red Lion Hotel in Henley is currently owned by MG Hotels Group, and is on the market for an asking price of £7.5 million.

Located in Henley on the banks of the River Thames, the property comprises 35 bedrooms, a restaurant and a bar, and events facilities for up to 200 guests.

Subject to planning consent, the hotel has the potential to increase to 56 bedrooms. 

Planning permission has already been granted for four further bedrooms and additional three bedrooms for staff accommodation.

The freehold interest is being marketed by Knight Frank.

The Red Lion is currently being used to house 12 homeless people during the coronavirus pandemic.
