US: Boutique commercial real estate investors, ROR Capital, has announced the development of Bubbling Wells Desert Oasis in Desert Hot Springs, California.
Situated at the base of Miracle Hill in Joshua Tree National Park, the 108-acre property will feature 124-private lodging casitas as well as 30 fully furnished glamping tents.
Guest amenities will include a restaurant, wine bar, cocktail lounges, an indoor/outdoor spa, a wellness and fitness centre, and a 5,000 square-foot event facility.
Highlights of the resort include a natural mineral-filled hot springs water, believed to hold therapeutic and curative powers, as well as molecular-based cell and music therapies provided by the wellness centre, which have traditionally only been accessible to high performing athletes and wealthy individuals.
Meditation classes, medical cannabis education, energy-based frequency therapies, nutritional and holistic food counselling, and plant-based remedies grown on-site will also be available.
