UAE: Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will open Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai in 2029, marking the brand’s debut in the city.
The properties will be located at Peninsula Dubai, a waterfront development in Jumeirah Beach. The project is owned by Bright Start and is being developed by H&H.
Rosewood Dubai will feature 195 rooms and eight garden villas. Facilities will include a private beach and beach club, four restaurants, a wellness centre, and a children’s Explorers Club. A curated programme of art, music and culinary events will also be offered.
The neighbouring Rosewood Residences will comprise 63 private units and five beachfront villas. Residents will have access to a concierge, spa and movement studio, private cinema, library, lounge, and a padel court.
