US: Salt House Nantucket from Salt Hotels will open as a pop-up hotel experience this weekend, with a full launch set for summer 2023.
The renovated hotel features 18 rooms with complimentary breakfast included. Next year the hotel will debut an exclusive members club along with additional guest rooms, a central barn-style building, lobby, lounge and swimming pool.
It also offers a lawn complete with lawn games, fire pits and Adirondack chairs, and bikes are available for guest use.
Bookings for Salt House Nantucket are now open in partnership with Tablet Hotels, a platform which showcases a curated list of boutique and luxury hotels.
David Bowd, CEO of Salt Hotels, said: “Salt House Nantucket will be a true celebration of summers on the Cape. Since launching our first property in Provincetown, Salt Hotels has always considered New England as its home base, so we’re thrilled to continue planting our roots in this region and offer our unmatched hospitality to this beautiful beachfront community.”
Kevin O’Shea, chief creative officer, added: “Salt House Nantucket has a light and contemporary look, apt for a New England escape. We chose a sophisticated colour palette and design aesthetic – quintessentially summer on Nantucket; easy breezy.”
Salt House Nantucket is the latest addition to the group’s New England pipeline, with a property set to launch in Newport, Rhode Island next year.
