UAE: Shamal Holding, a diversified investment firm, has started construction on the luxury lifestyle mixed-use Baccarat Hotel and Residences Dubai.
Led by Dubai-based H&H Development alongside architects Studio Libeskind and interior design studio 1508 London, Baccarat Hotel and Residences Dubai is expected to open in 2026. It will be managed by SH Hotels & Resorts.
Shamal Holding owns the site, located in Downtown Dubai. The development will feature two crystal-inspired towers offering hotel suites and residences, dining venues, luxury amenities and more.
