Soft launch for Lebanese boutique hotel

Lebanon: VEER Boutique Hotel and Resort in Kaslik has announced a soft launch ahead of its grand opening in 2013.

Designed by Jean Bou Doumit, VEER is a 21-room hotel with an ultra-contemporary style. It also features a gym and spa, mediterranean restaurant, glass-enclosed meeting space, four poolside villas each with a private Jacuzzi and a private aquarium pool, four underwater cabanas and six beachside apartments.

Hagop Tekeyan, president and CEO of VEER Boutique Hotel and Resort said: “We are delighted to open VEER this year and I am so excited to see our guests’ feedback towards what this project offers. VEER is an unmatched experience of quality food, architecture and service. The project is expected to take the concept of boutique hotels and resorts to a new level.” he added.

“With its contemporary avant-garde architecture, iconic brand design, modern interior, overall customer experience and latest technology VEER is set to be one of Lebanon’s hottest destinations. We are starting it now in Kaslik but we have plans for it to be present in different parts of Lebanon and the region.” said Tekeyan.

“We are so proud of the quality of products used at VEER, front of the house and back of the house. A massive city lies beneath VEER, designed to offer a smooth operation for employees during working hours. The area accommodates one of the biggest kitchens in Lebanon with the latest equipment. “We believe in our people, they are the face of VEER and we are keen on providing the best work environment for them.” added Tekeyan.

A new industry event for the burgeoning luxury hotel and real estate sectors in the Middle East is launching later this year. Luxury Hospitality Summit will take place in Dubai in November.
