Ireland: US group Standard Hotels has signed a management agreement with developer Ballymore for a Dublin hotel at Connolly Quarter, slated to open in 2025.
The Dublin hotel will offer 200 rooms at Dublin Arch (formerly Connolly Quarter) – a mixed-use business and residential development led by Ballymore. When complete it will offer homes, restaurants, community clubs, studios, office space, and The Standard hotel.
CBRE advised Ballymore on signing the agreement with The Standard.

Situated in a prime location with a superb food and beverage offering, this hotel opening will create something very special for the city of Dublin.”

Upcoming locations for The Standard brand include Lisbon, Brussels, Ibiza and Milan for the year ahead. Currently, the company has sites open in London, the US and Maldives.
