Greece: Husband and wife Karl and Hannah Hindi have opened the Yayaki Spetses boutique hotel, located on the Greek island of Spetses.

The Yayaki Spetses has 15 rooms, a pool, a bar, and a yoga studio. At the hotel, homemade vegan friendly meals are prepared in collaboration with plant-based chef Esco. Activities available for guests include sunrise pilates, in-room massages, cooking classes, as well as island tours.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am, while snacks are offered all day.

Yayaki Spetses is divided into two buildings: the main building is where the rooms are located, and a smaller house with a suite, library, and reception. The pool can be found between the two buildings.

The reception area is set up like a living room. The library has both books and board games. In the Yayaki boutique corner, souvenirs are available for guests.

In September 2020, renovations began at the hotel. Angelo Kappos, founder and director of NOVICON constructions in Athens, led the project. Kappos has more than 30 years of experience in Europe.

The interior design was overseen by Stéphane and Pierre-Emmanuel from Maison Hand. The brand is based in France.

Karl and Hannah Hindi met in Switzerland, on the campus of Glion Hospitality School. After graduation, they moved across the EuroChannel where Karl worked at a five-star hotel, and Hannah worked for a digital marketing agency.
