The 64-room President Hotel South Beach is a boutique property in the classic Art Deco style of the 1930s, while the 44-room Penguin Hotel’s 44 guestrooms feature nature-inspired artwork, occupying an entire wall of each guest room, as well as Czechoslovakian crystal chandeliers.
