Accor launches mobility service with Karhoo

Worldwide: Members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless can now reserve taxis or private hire vehicles, designed with Karhoo, via the loyalty app.

The service will be available in 490 cities across Europe, Dubai and New York.

ALL members will be able to earn additional points when paying for their transport by credit card, and can also choose to pay their fare with points.

It will allow users to compare in real time available taxi and private hire vehicle offers. Detailed information about rate, waiting time, vehicle category, and available extras such as car seats will also be available.

Rolling out the mobility service is the result of Accor’s partnership between ALL and Mobilize, the Renault Group, and its startup Karhoo. 

Mehdi Hemici, chief loyalty and partnerships officer at Accor, said: “With the travel rebound, we wanted to provide a tangible service at home or away for our ALL App users. This one-stop-shop mobility solution is seamlessly integrated after your hotel reservation. It allows our ALL members to book their airport transfer to their hotel or book a ride in their home city with their ALL points. Both convenient and consistent wherever you are.”
