UK: Jastar Capital has appointed Axiom Hospitality to manage The Elvetham Hotel and The Winchester Hotel & Spa.
Jastar Capital purchased The Elvetham and The Winchester hotels in 2019 and 2021 respectively.
The Elvetham occupies 35 acres and consists of 91 bedrooms shared between the Main House and The Stables, along with a restaurant, a bar, and four meeting rooms. A refurbishment of the site is currently underway.
The Winchester Hotel & Spa offers 96 bedrooms across four room types, a restaurant and bar, a spa, and flexible meeting rooms. The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation in the public areas and bedrooms, whereas work on the spa is now complete and offers a plunge pool, steam room, sauna, hydro-pool, six treatment rooms, and a fitness studio.

Axiom Hospitality managers over 15 hotels across the UK, including locations in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff, and Belfast.
