US: Dream Hotels is to open a 179-room property in the heart of Hollywood.
The property, at the corner of Selma Avenue and N. Cahuenga Boulevard, will feature dining and nightlife options plus an 11,000 square-foot rooftop with views of the city skyline.
“Dream Hollywood will undoubtedly set the standard for experience-driven hospitality in Los Angeles,” said general manager Ayo Akinsete. “Down to the details, Dream Hotels delivers a level of style and energy to the guest experience which is unmatched, and we couldn’t be more excited to be the catalyst of the revival of such a storied city.”
The property is being designed by the Rockwell Group and will be “rooted in the influence of iconic California architects such as John Lautner and Richard Neutra, balanced by double-height ceilings, garden inspired pathways and trellis lighting, plush upholstering that will create a blend of hyper-chic and comfort”.
