US: Austin-based real estate development firm Pearlstone Partners will launch Viceroy Residences Austin in Q4 2027.
Formerly known as The Belvedere, the 146-residence development is currently under construction at 300 Pressler Street, between downtown Austin and Lady Bird Lake. It is designed by architecture firm KTGY with interiors by Kim Lewis Designs.
When complete, Viceroy Residences Austin will feature two residential buildings set around a 75-foot pool, lounge and bar. Amenities include a fitness centre, a spa with cold plunges, infrared and Halo+ red light therapy, traditional saunas, and treatment rooms.
In partnership with Austin Parks Foundation, an on-site trailhead will connect residents directly to Lady Bird Lake. Additionally, a new park will be created on the property’s lawn, featuring upgraded walkways, bikeways, and improved public access to the trail.
The project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027, with sales launching this August. Prices of the Viceroy residences start below $1 million, with signature penthouses exceeding $6 million. Sales are represented by Christie’s International Real Estate @properties Lone Star.
