US: Graduate Homes, a premium short-term rental offering, will initially launch for stays this autumn in two states in the US.
Properties under the Graduate Homes brand are available to book in Oxford (Mississippi) and Ann Arbor (Michigan) this autumn. Interested homeowners are encouraged to submit applications through the Graduate Homes website as the platform grows to include additional locations.
Each home, anchored in university towns, will provide homeowners the opportunity to earn extra income during peak university weekends such as football and basketball games, graduation and homecoming.
Amenities at the properties will include a dedicated concierge service, access to Graduate Hotels’ pools and fitness centres, as well as discounted food and beverage across Graduate Hotels bars and restaurants. In-home experiences such as yoga classes or personal mixologists are available through a partnership with Way.
Homeowners will also receive incentives and perks such as exclusive access to a neighbouring Graduate as well as 20 per cent discount at the 32 Graduate Hotels properties across the US and UK.
“We’re thrilled to introduce travellers to the next iteration of the Graduate Hotels guest experience with the launch of Graduate Homes,” said Kevin Osterhaus, Graduate Hotels president. “The short-term rental market has exploded in the last few years, and as a hotel brand that is rooted in university communities, we felt this was a natural next step for our brand. We hope Graduate Homes becomes a staple for families and travellers to celebrate milestones for many years to come.”
