Iowa-based operator Hawkeye Hotels has bought the property, formerly known as The Omni Majestic and now The Majestic Hotel, at 1019 Pine Street. The property opened in 1914 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Hawkeye, through its LLC called Saint Pine Lodging LLC, bought the hotel from Bray & Gillespie and removed the Omni branding.
According to city of St. Louis records, the hotel has an appraised value of $2.57 million.
