UAE: HFTP and Shiji Group have unveiled GX: Guest Experience Spotlight – a global campaign that showcases a hotel’s use of technology to reimagine the guest experience.
The project was revealed at HITEC’s Dubai opening ceremony – a hospitality technology two-day event held at the Festival Arena by InterContinental.
Candidates are selected from a panel of hospitality and technology experts, and range from high-end luxury properties to independent boutique hotels.
Successful candidates will receive global exposure on numerous social media outlets, top industry events, and leading media publications.
HFTP (Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals) is an international, nonprofit association with headquarters in Texas and offices in Hong Kong, the UK, the Netherlands and Dubai.
Deputy CEO, Thomas Atzenhofer, said: “GX is about showing the hospitality industry what can be possible when hoteliers embrace technology as a means to enhance the guest journey. We are shining a light on some of the most unique and forward-thinking properties on the planet, exploring the vision and strategies they use to transform the guest experience”.
