UK: The Hotel Leadership Conference, organised by the Master Innholders, will take place 15-16 January 2024 in London, themed ‘Breaking Boundaries’.
Held at the Park Plaza Riverbank London, the event will explore emerging technologies and how hoteliers can embrace tools and ideas in the future.
Topics will range from enhancing productivity to analysing guest and user behaviour.
