Hyatt to bring Andaz brand to Germany in 2017

Germany: Hyatt Hotels & Resorts has partnered with with Jost Hurler Beteiligungs-und Verwaltungsgesellschaft to open an an Andaz hotel in Munich.

The first Andaz-branded hotel in Germany, Andaz Munich will join Andaz properties currently in London, New York, Los Angeles, Shanghai, and Tokyo. Expected to open in 2017, the 274-room hotel will be developed in the central Munich Schwabinger Tor district.

It will be part of a mixed-use site, which will also include residential apartments, shops, offices, and restaurants.
The hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a lounge and rooftop bar, as well as an extensive fitness centre with spa and pool facilities. Conference facilities will include a ballroom, seven conference rooms and pre-function space.
