Worldwide: IHG Hotels & Resorts debuts IHG One Rewards, a reimagined global loyalty program along with a mobile app.
IHG One Rewards has been designed to allow guests earn points faster and redeem rewards sooner. The program includes a new tier and bonus point earning structure along with increased benefits, such as free breakfast for diamond elite members, exclusive access to reward night discount promotions for platinum and diamond elite members, and opportunities for early check in, late check out, and room upgrades.
Milestone Rewards has also been introduced, a flexible technology-enabled platform that will allow members to choose the rewards that best suit their needs. Members will be offered a choice of rewards every 10 nights after the first 20 nights stayed, up to 100 nights stayed. Reward choices include points, F&B rewards, suite upgrades, and annual lounge membership.
The mobile app which powers the loyalty program will roll out in the coming weeks. It will allow members to manage their booking, check in faster and stay connected to the hotel.

IHG One Rewards connects members to IHG’s portfolio of 17 brands, including its luxury and lifestyle collections.
Existing member stays from January 1, 2022 will count towards the new loyalty program status. All member benefits will be available for members starting June 2022. Further information can be found here.
