UK: Kit Kemp’s interior design book, A Living Space, is to be published in October 2012.
Kit Kemp, the co-owner and design director of Firmdale Hotels, has written interior design book, called A Living Space, which will be published by Hardie Grant in October 2012.
Kemp has received industry-wide acclaim for her design work at Firmdale’s properties, including the Soho Hotel, Charlotte Street Hotel and Dorset Square Hotel in London, and the Crosby Street Hotel in New York.
Hardie Grant’s Kate Pollard bought world rights directly from the Kemp. She said: “Kit’s innovative and colourful style is a perfect fit for the Hardie Grant list. We are thrilled to be working with Kit on an inspirational interiors book that will showcase her design philosophy and unique aesthetic.”
