France: Operator of luxury boutique hotels, Les Hôtels d’en Haut, has acquired three properties in Luberon, Provence, from Loubet for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition brings the Les Hôtels portfolio up to a total of eight hotels with 309 guest rooms.
Located in Luberon, the hotels include:

The addition of these exceptional hotels is a strategic next step for the continued growth of Les Hôtels d’en Haut.”
Loubet added: “By turning over stewardship to Les Hôtels d’en Haut, we have chosen a hotel group with values close to ours. I am certain that they will perpetuate the spirit of excellence that has always guided us.”
