France: Operator of luxury boutique hotels, Les Hôtels d’en Haut, has acquired three properties in Luberon, Provence, from Loubet for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition brings the Les Hôtels portfolio up to a total of eight hotels with 309 guest rooms.
Located in Luberon, the hotels include:
• Domaine de Capelongue has 30 guest rooms and features luxury amenities with a panoramic view of the village of Bonnieux.
• Le Moulin de Lourmarin has 19 guest rooms and a restaurant that faces the 12th century Chateau de Lourmarin.
• Le Galinier is an 18th century Provençal country house with 15 guest rooms on the edge of Lourmarin village.

In addition to the three recently acquired hotels in Luberon, Les Hôtels d’en Haut operates five hotels in France: Hôtel Le Val Thorens and Hôtel Le Fitzroy in Val Thorens; Hôtel des 3 Vallées in Courchevel; Hôtel L’Alpaga in Megève; and Hôtel Les Roches Rouges in Saint-Raphaël.
