France: Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) has opened a boutique hotel in on the Place des Lices in St Tropez.
On the site of the former Maison Blanche, the hotel, called White 1921, has just eight rooms, each with its own individual interior design style.
All the rooms in the white, neo-classical villa offer views of the garden, designed by renowned landscape architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte.
The property – the first venture by LVMH into the sector – also has a bar with a number of signature cocktails and a wine cellar featuring a wide range of vintage champagne brands, including a rare vintage Moët and Chandon dating back to 1921.
