Worldwide: Throughout the rest of 2021, Mama Shelter is launching hotels in Rome, Lisbon, Bahrain, Dubai, and Paris.
In July, Mama Roma will open in Rome. The hotel will have 217 rooms, a rooftop restaurant and bar, and a spa, Mama Baths, with an indoor pool, sauna, and Hammam room.
In November, Mama Lisboa will open in Lisbon. The 130-room hotel will have drinks and food available on the rooftop, as well as an all-day restaurant with an interior patio and brick oven pizzeria.
Also in November, Mama Paris La Défense will open in Paris. The hotel will have 211 rooms, two all-day restaurants, a sports bar, a coffee shop, and an arcade room. There is also a rooftop at the hotel.
Two more openings will happen later in the year: Mama Bahrain and Mama Dubai. Mama Bahrain will offer 160 bedrooms. Mama Dubai will have 197 rooms, and will be located near the desert, shopping centres, as well as sea water sports.
Other Mama Shelter locations have upgrades coming this year. Mama London reopened on May 17 with new packages ‘Mama Elopes’ and ‘Sexcation’. The hotel also launched a new menu, a ‘stay for three, pay for two’ offer.
Mama Luxembourg reopened with a terrace. Mama Prague launched an offer that consists of pizzas for two, free movies on demand with popcorn, breakfast, and late check-out for €69 a night.
All Mama Shelter French properties are open, with only room-service. Restaurants and rooftop bars and terraces will open at a later date. Mama LA is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, but the rooftop is open seven days a week. The restaurant is closed until further notice.
Mama Shelter was founded in 2008 by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin. The first Mama Shelter was launched in Paris, followed by other locations including Lyon, Los Angeles, Prague, and London. In 2014, Mama Shelter partnered with Accor, a hospitality group with experiences in 5000 hotels and residences across 110 countries.
