UK: Owned by US firm AJ Capital Partners, Marine & Lawn is a high end collection of golf hotels and will launch with three properties in Scotland – two this summer, and one in 2022.
The first three properties in the collection are positioned along the Scottish golf coast. F&B offerings will include various restaurants, bars and cafes run by hospitality development platform White Rabbit Projects.
Rusacks St Andrews (July 2021)
Providing 123 keys as well as a rooftop bar and restaurant, the hotel offers views of the world’s oldest golf course. Other amenities include a spa that will feature treatment rooms, sauna and steam and dining outlets.
Marine North Berwick (August 2021)
Housed in the former Marine Hotel and following extensive renovations, Marine North Berwick will reopen with 84 bedrooms, a bar and lounge, and a conference and events space for up to 200 people.
Additional facilities include a spa, pool and fitness centre. The hotel will also be available for part or exclusive use hire.
Marine Troon (late 2022)
Located on the Ayrshire Coast, Marine Troon will feature 89 keys, two food and beverage concepts, meeting and event space, and a fitness and leisure centre.

Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts will join AJ Capital Partners’ growing portfolio of hotels throughout the United Kingdom. AJ Capital additionally owns and operates the Randolph Hotel in Oxford, England and the Cambridge Hotel in Cambridge, England, both of which will relaunch as part of Graduate Hotels in summer 2021.
