Worldwide: Owner-operator Minor Hotels has introduced four hotel brands to its portfolio, including the group’s first soft brands.
The new brands include:
• The Wolseley Hotels – a luxury hotel brand inspired by the restaurant on Piccadilly in London. The brand will offer “immersive spaces and evocative experiences” and will feature The Wolseley restaurant or café in every property.
• Minor Reserve Collection – a luxury soft brand set to include hotels and resorts that are “united by a commitment to character, craftsmanship and a true sense of place”.
• Colbert Collection – a premium soft brand set to feature independent hotels which “express individuality” through “culinary experiences and insider-led itineraries”.
• iStay Hotels – a select-service brand described as “affordable, comfortable and convenient” with “the latest tech”.
The first property announcements across the four brands are expected in the coming months.

Minor Hotels currently oversees a portfolio of more than 560 properties across 57 countries. Its other brands include Anantara, Elewana Collection, Tivoli, NH Collection, Avani, nhow, NH and Oaks.
Highlights:
• Minor Hotels has launched four new hotel brands, including two soft brands: Minor Reserve Collection and Colbert Collection.
• The luxury Wolseley Hotels, inspired by the London restaurant, will include a Wolseley dining concept in each property.
• The tech-forward iStay Hotels is a select-service brand.
