Montenegro: Kerzner International is to debut its One&Only brand in Europe with a new-build project in Kumbur, Montenegro.
It has signed an agreement with Triangle Investment and Development Limited, to develop and operate the 150-room One&Only Montenegro resort in Kumbor, Montenegro, overlooking Tivat Bay.
The 60-acre property, formerly a military base, will include a residential component and marina, tennis academy, One&Only Health Spa, dining and retail options.
