US: Caesars Entertainment Corporation has teamed up with Gansevoort Hotel Group and nightlife impresario Victor Drai.
The partners will launch “an intimate urban resort” at the location of Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall & Saloon. Known as Gansevoort Las Vegas, the project is planned to open in early 2014.
Gansevoort Las Vegas will be the fourth property for the luxury hospitality brand following the recent launch of Gansevoort Park Avenue in New York.
Gansevoort Las Vegas will feature 188 apartment-style guest rooms including 19 suites designed by Tandem Las Vegas, a redesigned lobby bar, “ultra-lounge”, retail outlets, 40,000 square-foot casino, and Drai’s Beach Club and Nightclub – “Victor Drai ‘s reinvention of Las Vegas nightlife featuring a 65,000 square-foot indoor/outdoor nightclub and rooftop pool experience”.
