India: OYO Hotels & Homes has launched its 100th, and biggest, OYO Townhouse hotel, in Pune, Maharashtra.
The property has more than 130 rooms. OYO said it plans to expand the mid-market boutique hotel brand to more than 400 properties in multiple cities across India by the end of 2019. Currently, OYO Townhouse has a presence in India, United Kingdom and the US.

OYO also said that 90 per cent of its bookings have come from organic channels in the April-June quarter for the Townhouse bran,d and with 90 per cent occupancy, OYO Townhouse has witnessed an increase in the number of repeat customers.
