The brand will debut with a flagship property called ph Premiere Resort-Residences Orlando, to be developed by Azzurra Development.
The property will 547 keys, a mix of branded residences and condo units. Arquitectonica will design the scheme, while Miami-based Fortune International Group is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the condo-hotel element.
“We are bringing the sophistication of Manhattan, glamour of Hollywood, passion of Miami and excitement of Las Vegas to Orlando,” said Planet Hollywood International founder and chairman Robert Earl. “I am thrilled to grow our lodging business in my home town by establishing this unique concept in a market that we felt was underprovided. ph Premiere Resort-Residences Orlando will provide every guest with a unique, memorable and personal experience.”
Set on the shore of the 400-acre, spring-fed Lake Bryan, the property will feature a 35,000 square feet deck, 12,000-square-foot spa and fitness facility, rooftop fine dining, a lobby bar, an indoor/outdoor poolside lounge, a lakefront bar and grill, and other specialty restaurants.
