Greece: Metaxa Hospitality Group will launch the Santo Collection, comprising three sustainable luxury properties in Santorini, in spring 2023.
The Santo Collection includes: Santo Pure (originally Santo Maris), an existing five-star boutique resort; Santo Mine, a new five-star 37-suite luxury resort; and The Villas by Santo Collection, comprising two new independent four-bedroom luxury villas which can be combined.
Santo Pure, which has rebranded from Santo Maris Oia Luxury Suites & spa, will reopen for 2023 with the addition of 20 suites. This brings the resort’s total room count to 83 suites and two villas.
Spread over six neighbourhoods with Mediterranean gardens overlooking six pools, Santo Pure offers the Anassa spa, a fine dining restaurant Alios Ilios, and an all-day dining and drinks venue Akratos Poolside Bar.
Guests staying at Santo Pure and Santo Mine will be able to use the spa facilities, restaurants ad amenities at both properties.
At Santo Mine – which sits on the site of an old stone mine above Ammoudi Bay – all 37 suites come with a private pool or jacuzzi. The adults-only resort will debut with a restaurant and all-day bar, wine cellar, a spa and outdoor gym,
The Villas by Santo Collection overlooks the Aegean Sea and each of the properties come with outdoor and indoor kitchens and BBQ areas, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor swimming pools, fitness rooms, saunas, a butler’s room, a veranda and garden.
Guests of The Villas will have access to their own personal concierge service to organise private chefs, spa treatments, and exclusive excursions.
