UK: London’s Montcalm Marble Arch hotel has gained an AA Five Star Hotel rating for exceptional service, accommodation, restaurants and spa.
Part of The Montcalm Hotel Collection, the 200-room property received a score of 81 per cent for its accommodation and public areas.
Giovanna Grossi from the AA presented the award to GM Sabine Altschaeffl, managing director Ramesh Arora and chairman Shiraz Lalji.
Ramesh Arora said: “We are delighted our outstanding attention to detail and the team’s hard work has been rewarded in such a prestigious manner. The Montcalm Marble Arch is superbly run by our excellent general manager Sabine Altschaeffl, who, with our outstanding team, ensures every guest’s experience is truly exceptional.”
