UK: Conversational AI platform ääni has integrated its revenue optimisation software with Mews.
ääni is a revenue recovery and conversation intelligence platform for hospitality, operated by Coir Consulting Ltd.
Its Voice feature – an AI concierge – answers incoming calls in multiple languages, and handles common enquiries and reservations.
Built on the Mews Connector API, ääni for Mews gives ääni Voice live access to availability, rates, and reservations, with new bookings flowing straight into the property’s existing Mews workflow.
Every call is also transcribed, classified by intent and scored for outcome, so the property can see which enquiries convert, which are repeat callers, and what the phone channel contributed in bookings that month.

ääni for Mews is the first of several planned PMS integrations and is available now to hotels running on Mews in the UK and EMEA, with onboarding underway.
