Worldwide: Hotel lock provider dormakaba has signed a binding agreement to acquire guest experience technology platform Alliants.
The acquisition expands dormakaba’s offering beyond physical access control, connecting room entry with digital guest engagement.
Alliants provides proprietary guest experience software and managed services that help hotels serve guests pre, during and post-stay. Its capabilities include concierge, contactless check-in, mobile key, payments, messaging, and agentic AI.
Both dormakaba and Alliants will remain interoperable with other providers across the tech stack.

The transaction is expected to close within this year.
