US: Lark Hotels has an agreement with developer Frank May to operate The Bridge, a 40-room hotel on Second Avenue in Nashville.
The hotel will occupy four floors of a six-storey, mixed-use building that also will include restaurants on the first floor and on the roof deck. It is expected to open by spring 2017.
Lark Hotels‘ CEO Rob Blood said: “In my view, there’s been a bit of a cultural renaissance happening in Nashville. It’s become a very hot destination for great dining and great culture – much more than the music city. Every hotel brand wants to come to Nashville now.”
Lark Hotels manages 15 properties, mainly in New England and Northern California.
