Ireland: The Morrison, a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, is to be put on the market at a guide price of €80 million.
Located on the River Liffey in the centre of Dublin, The Morrison comprises 145 guest rooms and suites, seven meeting and events spaces, food and beverage outlets as well as a fitness centre.
The hotel is being sold subject to a franchise, and offers operational flexibility for a new owner. There is potential to enhance the facilities, with scope for further development through the acquisition of adjoining buildings.
