US: Club Quarters, a hotel brand and management company, will operate the Sherry Frontenac Hotel in Miami Beach as a third-party manager.
Originally opened in 1947 and designed by Art Deco architect Henry Hohauser, the Sherry Frontenac Hotel is located on Miami Beach’s oceanfront. The property has 269 guest rooms featuring ocean and city views. Select ocean view rooms include balconies.
Amenities include an outdoor pool, a spa and fitness centre operated by Beach Beauty Inc, the 1977 Fly and Grill restaurant, The Sherry Bar, outdoor dining, and direct access to Miami Beach with complimentary lounge chairs and lunch and cocktail service.
The hotel will utilise Club Quarters’ centralised operating model, which consolidates including operations, revenue management, distribution, marketing, human resources, finance, technology, and reservations into a cohesive structure.
