UAE: Developer GIOVANNI has completed its $50 million, 14-storey hotel in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai.
The luxury apartment hotel features 124 rooms, including studio apartments, one-bedroom suites, and two-bedroom suites.
Other facilities include a pizza restaurant, a swimming pool, an outdoor sauna, steam room, and gym.
The project marks the second to be completed in the Giovanni Suite Collection – a development of four boutique apartment hotels named after the Italian cities of Milan, Rome, Naples and Venice.
Chairman of GIOVANNI, Samir Salya, said: “We plan to invest around $1b billion to $1.5 billion in Dubai in the next two years. Our Jumeirah Village Circle projects are mainly concentrated on hospitality and hotel apartments and will allow us to deliver over 1,000 units”.
“We have started construction work on our third hotel in the Giovanni Suites Collection – Naples by Giovanni Boutique Suites, which is about 204 apartments. Then we’ve got another four projects in the pipeline, which we will be breaking ground on as soon as the approval process completes,” Salya added.
GIOVANNI, headquartered in Dubai, is a brand of UAE-based Arthur & Hardman Real Estate Development.
