Russia: Intercontinental Hotels Group is to open Hotel Indigo Moscow – Tverskaya by the end of 2020.
The hotel will be housed in a converted building on Tverskaya Street, and marks the second Hotel Indigo in Russia. It will join the existing Hotel Indigo St Petersburg Tchaikovskogo.
The property will feature around 100 rooms, as well as a gym and a lobby bar.
Aron Libinson, vice president of operations and development for Russia, CIS and Georgia, said: “We’re very excited to sign the second Hotel Indigo here in Russia. I am confident guests will love this new upscale boutique offering in the heart of Moscow. IHG have a strong presence in Russia and we’re continuing to grow at pace”.

The Hotel Indigo brand launched in 2004, and at present has more than 100 properties across 19 countries. The portfolio is set to double over the next three to five years.
In Moscow, IHG has 14 properties under brands including Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, and Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts.
