US: Graduate Hotels is set to launch a new-build, five-storey hotel in downtown Auburn, Alabama next year.
Located across the street from Auburn University Campus, the hotel is currently under development. When complete, it will offer 177 keys, two food and beverage venues including a rooftop bar and restaurant, and more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
Graduate Auburn will join 33 Graduate branded hotels throughout the US and UK. An additional two hotels are under development in Dallas (Texas) and Princeton (New Jersey).

It’s an honour to finally be embarking upon a project located steps from this incredible campus and to have the opportunity to bring life to the storied Auburn experience throughout the design on-property. We can’t wait to finish this project and welcome in students, the neighbouring community and alums from near and far.”
Graduate Hotels is owned by Adventurous Journeys (AJ) Capital Partners, a Nashville-based real estate developer, owner and operator, founded by Weprin in 2008.
AJ recently announced a joint venture with Starwood Capital Group to create and roll out an affordable lifestyle brand, Field & Stream Lodge Co., which will target the outdoor recreation industry.
