South Korea: Lifestyle hospitality company Ennismore is set to open the first Maison Delano in Asia, located in the South Korean capital of Seoul.
Set in the Gangnam district in the south of the city, Maison Delano Seoul will offer 81 guest rooms, 52 branded residences, along with F&B venues.
There will also be a members club, sunken garden courtyard, an indoor and outdoor infinity rooftop pool, and a spa and gym.
The Delano brand first launched in Miami in 1995. Maison Delano is the urban evolution of the concept, with the first property under the new brand scheduled to open in Paris this spring.
Chadi Farhat, brand COO for Delano and head of Middle East and Asia Pacific at Ennismore, said: “Maison Delano is making its way to Asia to cater to a growing number of modern travellers who seek a sophisticated getaway and elevated experiences with creative energy like no others. We are incredibly excited to bring the Delano brand to Seoul, and curate a unique experience for guests in a city that is so rich in culture.”
Maison Delano is part of Ennismore, a joint venture with Accor and led by Sharan Pasricha, founder and co-CEO, and Gaurav Bhushan, co-CEO. The group comprises 14 brands – with over 100 operating properties and a further 140 in the pipeline – and a collection of over 190 restaurants and nightlife venues.
