Scotland: Following a four-month revamp, Edinburgh’s Le Monde has reopened its restaurant and bar.
The entire ground floor bar has been transformed into a semi-circular Laurent Perrier champagne bar with marble top, crimson leather bar stools, and velvet booths.
Vintage and non-vintage champagnes are available, along with old and new world wines, spirits, and craft beers.
Le Monde will also be serving a new cocktail menu inspired by locations from Cairo to Casablanca, Reykjavik to Rio, Beijing to Barcelona.
Leading up to the main bar and restaurant is a tiled marble herringbone walkway.
The hotel will too be unveiling a new small plate dining menu that will be made with locally sourced produce.
