UK: One Hundred Shoreditch, housed in the former Ace Hotel London, is set to open in February 2022 as the latest hotel from Lore Group.
The property features 258 bedrooms and suites, three bars and a restaurant, and five meetings and events spaces. It has been designed by Jacu Strauss, creative director at Lore Group.
Goddard & Gibbs, an all-day dining restaurant, will specialise in British seafood and has been inspired by England’s fishing villages and coastal towns. The Hatch is an extension of the restaurant and offers a takeaway service for seafood and snacks on the go.
The Wine Bar, with a mixed menu of contemporary and traditional wines, will also serve sharing plates. In the basement, award-winning cocktail bartender Ryan “My Lyan” Chetiyawardana will open the bar Seed Library.
Up on the roof, a menu of champagnes, sparkling wines, cocktails and spritzes will be on offer. The space can also be booked for private events. The Lobby Bar will act as the hotel’s lounge area.
Mark Jonathan Heyburn, hotel manager said: “We’re super excited about the opening of One Hundred Shoreditch and seeing the new spaces come to life. The team and I can’t wait to start welcoming guests in February and showcasing the hotel to our neighbours and community.”
As part of the hotel’s social initiative to support the local community, One Hundred Shoreditch has partnered with Spitalfields Crypt Trust (a charity to help the homeless and those suffering from addiction) and Refuge (a charity supporting domestic violence victims).
