Montenegro: Located in Tivat, Nikki Beach Residences will launch adjacent to the newly opened Nikki Beach Montenegro resort.
Nikki Beach Residences will include 65 luxury units with private pools and sky gardens. These will range from one to four bedrooms. Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts will launch the apartments in 2023 nearby Nikki Beach Montenegro.
Nikki Beach Montenegro, a hotel and beach club, has 45 rooms, a gym, a spa, as well as three pools. Daytime and dinner service is available here.
The property faces The Bay of Tivat and Lady of Mercy Island. At the resort, the different stay options include the Ultra Suite, Ultimate Suite, Luux Room, and Covet Room.
