Located in the historic quarter of Batumi, the property offers 120 rooms and suites, a rooftop pool, a restaurant, diner, and meeting spaces. Temur Ugulava, the founder of ROOMS, together with the in-house design team Collective Development and interior design firm Rooms Studio, collaborated on the hotel.
The Rubber Duck diner serves a menu of locally sourced, seasonal dishes inspired by Georgian cuisine. The hotel’s Lobby Bar serves drinks and snacks including cocktails In 2024, ROOMS Batumi will also open The Kitchen, an upscale rooftop eatery and bar.

ROOMS Batumi joins three other hotels in Georgia, including Tbilisi (the capital), Kazbegi (an Alpine mountainous region) and Bakuriani (a skiing destination).
Ugulava launched ROOMS in 2012 alongside Chekheria and managing director Levan Berulava with the opening in Kazbegi. Two years later the second property launched in Tbilisi followed by Bakuriani in 2019.
