Bird Group opens The Roseate Edinburgh

UK: The Roseate Edinburgh is the latest boutique hotel to open under Roseate Hotels & Resorts, joining properties in London, Reading and Bath.

The property is spread across two newly refurbished, heritage Victorian townhouses, situated in Edinburgh’s West End.

Formerly known as The Dunstane Houses, The Roseate Edinburgh offers 35 rooms and suites with en-suite shower rooms, Noble Isle bathroom amenities, and handcrafted four-poster beds with Scottish woollen throws.

The Dunstane Restaurant & Bar, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offers a range of native Highland whiskies including more than 80 Scottish single malts. A traditional afternoon tea experience is also available.

Club Prive, the hotel’s meeting room, can accommodate up to 50 guests standing. A conservatory garden can host smaller meetings and events.

Radha Bhatia, chairperson of Bird Group India, which owns Roseate Hotels & Resorts, said: “The Roseate Edinburgh is a wonderful new gem in our flourishing portfolio of luxury boutique hotels in the United Kingdom. We are excited to bring the magic of Scotland, the land of moors, hills and highlands, it’s amazing hospitality, exemplary cuisine and a very bespoke experience to our guests.”

Roseate Hotels & Resorts is a collection of luxury hotels consisting of seven properties across India and the United Kingdom, with more under development.
