Turkey: Reopening on 19 April 2021, The Bodrum EDITION has announced new chef collaborations and a pop-up culinary calendar for the summer season.
The updated F&B offerings will be available for both hotel guests and the public to book across the hotel’s dining outlets: Kitchen, Morena and Brava.
At Morena, the property’s all-day dining restaurant, executive chef Diego Muñoz is collaborating with Asian restaurant Inari Omakase. The space will transform from an informal setting during the day. Into the Inari pop-up in the evening to serve an elevated dinner menu.
At Kitchen, the restaurant has joined forces with Osman Sezener, recently awarded GQ Chef of the Year and creator of Od Urla. Sezener has created a menu featured sustainably sourced ingredients from nearby farms as well as the property’s own gardens.
The Bodrum’s signature al-fresco restaurant Brava will showcase a Peruvian inspired menu for 2021 featuring authentic and traditional dishes. The Brava Bar will continue to host music, art and fashion events.
Relaunching for the summer is Morena Beach, featuring additional private cabanas and al-fresco dining. International and local DJs will take up residences for summer entertainment, hosting a series of beach parties every Friday and Saturday.
Along with these new offerings, hotel guests have access to other facilities including the spa and wellness experiences which includes daily yoga sessions, INSCAPE (EDITION’s meditation partner), and yacht trips to name a few.
The Bodrum EDITION is located in Tilkicik bay at the western point of the Bodrum peninsula. The hotel features 108 guest rooms, suites and villas, some with private pools, balconies and gardens.
It also has several indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including meeting studios, a ballroom and boardroom.
