UK: Marking the debut opening from Wellbrook Hospitality, LEVEN Manchester has opened on the corner of Chorlton Street in the city’s Village neighbourhood.

The LEVEN brand will include coworking, coliving and retail with a range of merchandise for the Manchester opening.

Each of the 42 rooms have bespoke furniture, 100 per cent natural mattresses by Naturalmat, and Grown Alchemist bathroom amenities. Some will have stand-alone bathtubs and others full kitchens.

Free early check in and late check out is available to guests, along with complimentary LEVEN socks for use in-room or to take home. Room service includes a free breakfast smoothie, private chefs bookable on request, or deliveries from local Manchester restaurants.

Phase two of the Manchester site is to launch in Q2 next year, which will see a subterranean cocktail bar and restaurant space open on the ground and basement levels. Currently, the Lobby and Lounge will serve cocktails, alcohol-free options, coffee, and other light bites.

Wellbrook Hospitality is a collaboration between Timothy Griffin, PJ Kenny and Shanthan Balakrishnan. The business delivers hotel management agreements, brand and concept development, asset management and management sourcing.

The LEVEN brand is a joint venture between Wellbrook and Joshua and Ben Senior’s investment vehicle Branco Capital.
