Accor partners with mobility provider SIXT

Worldwide: Accor and SIXT have agreed a multi-year partnership which will enable Accor members to collect points when booking a rental car with SIXT.

Accor Live Limitless (ALL) is the hotel chain’s loyalty program, comprising around 68 million members.

As part of Accor’s Augmented Hospitality strategy, the group offers members access to travel experiences, wellbeing and sports activities, as well as dining, shopping and entertainment offers.

Now, as part of the collaboration with SIXT, members of ALL can collect reward points when booking a SIXT service.

SIXT has four core products: SIXT rent (vehicle and commercial vehicle renting), SIXT share (car sharing), SIXT ride (ride hailing) and SIXT+ (car subscriptions). Each can be booked through one app which can also integrated with partners.

The business has presence in 110 countries worldwide. Sixt SE is the parent company.

Regine Sixt, senior executive president, international marketing at Sixt SE, said: “I am delighted to be working with Accor. This strategic partnership is an alliance of two strong brands that will further increase each other’s significance. Two premium brands in the tourism sector are combining their strengths in order to achieve synergies and continue to grow. In the future, SIXT will be the preferred and reliable mobility partner for ALL members.”

Mehdi Hemici, SVP of business development and partnerships at Accor, said: “We are very pleased to be collaborating with SIXT. This partnership brings together two key players in tourism who are both continuously striving to elevate their loyalty programs and create synergies, with high added value for members.

“Our relationship with SIXT, an industry leader, will strengthen our lifestyle loyalty program ALL – Accor Live Limitless and further bring to life our Augmented Hospitality strategy, providing members globally with more unique benefits and enhancing the guest experience beyond our hotels. Mobility is increasingly becoming a key driver of the ALL strategy and this partnership will allow us to further develop and accelerate it,” Hemici added.

Accor’s portfolio consists of more than 5,200 properties and 10,000 food and beverage venues worldwide.
