Qatar: Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels has launched The Dining Room, “an exclusive fine dining restaurant offering a rich variety of international fusion cuisine”.
The Dining Room, located at Al Najada Boutique Hotel, offers a seven-course degustation menu, consisting of dishes such as warm Canadian lobster with wasabi tobiko maki, vegetable pearls with lobster and lemongrass emulsion; roasted monkfish with smoked eggplant, baby calamari and crispy corn, coriander jus; and blue cheese ice cream with Yemeni honey, poached pears and almond.
