Worldwide: Property management platform Guesty has announced it will now support aparthotel and boutique hotel management, expanding from the short term rental market.

The company’s new suite of features offers 24/7 guest support, housekeeping and maintenance tools, pre-stay authentication solutions, and the ability to create a branded direct booking site.

Core capabilities available for hotel management teams include:

• Centralised reservation system

• Channel manager

• Revenue management tools

• Guest communication tools

• Financial reporting and analytics

Amiad Soto, co-founder and CEO of Guesty, commented: “Guesty has grown up alongside the short-term rental ecosystem and as such, it’s only appropriate that our product evolves to cater to hotel-like verticals and the variety of alternative accommodations we are seeing today’s travellers prefer. This was a natural progression for our product, as many property management companies who utilise our platform have begun to manage entire buildings and have ultimately transformed into aparthotel hospitality brands. The more business verticals we support, the more our users can diversify their portfolios, reach more guests and ultimately, achieve success.”

Sune Linegard, co-founder of NORD Collection, is a user of Guesty. He said: “We have been able to increase the level of how our team is performing, without increasing the number of people. Guesty has saved us countless hours.”

Guesty’s expansion comes after the company opened up its platform to support extended stays of 28 days and more. It is also offering premium features for free to users.
